Like, how much? Would it sound like poo, if there was no flare? Can you buy flared PVC?

I just don't like the idea of spending 40$ on a piece of PVC... But I would rather use an Aero than a slot...

well of course the flare is important. thats the whole reason Aeroports and PSP ports even work. depending on flare radius, it can reduce port velocity by over 50%.

1) an Aeroport without a flare, isnt an aero port. its a round port

2) a PSP port is not an Aeroport, its a flared round port.

3) Aeroport is a trademarked name that is used interchangeably much like calling all tissues Kleenex.
