Aero ports, amp

Those subs won't handle two of those amps. Having the extra power for your next build is always good though.
As for ports, you can make your own which is the cheapest way to go, but you can have others do it..I am in the process of doing fiberglass flares for larger sizes, but may do a 8" as well very soon.

Did you ever get a new/better enclosure? You would get a ton more output once you get that changed out if you have not yet.
Yeah I no im not saying put both amps on the 4 lol im just saying

for other rides to play around with and yes im building it now thats what

i need the aeros for I havent been running them at the moment untill I get the aeros

and ive noticed when ppl do them with the heat gun thing it usually leaves a bad creas

i want it nice and smooth lol

When you do it with a heat gun if you are not consistent with the heat you will have issues. Also will depend on the mold you use. It is also a little harder to get the front perfectly flat for mounting. Those reasons are why I started to look at fiberglass over heated pvc.
