aero port help.

2 15s 8.625 gross aero port? i can get some 6 " pvc for free. from my step dads work and will use that for the port. my question is should i use 2 3 or 4 6 inch ports? desired tuning of 33 will be daily box. want to have 7 cubes net. any suggestions? will be double baffled with external dimensions of 38x 18x 27 ive always done slot ports and want to play around with round for this build. thanks for advice.

What do you mean by "2 3 or 4 6"?

If you mean 3" across, the ports would only be 2" long if you had two of them.

If you mean 2 ports that are 6x3 or 4 ports that are 6x6, neither of those are long enough. Four 6" ports would have to be 27" long each, two of them would be about 11.5" long each.

what i meant by 2 3 or 4 is how many would be necessary for 2 15s, i can do all calculations beyond that myself just dont know how many in^2 per ft^3 necessary when using aeros et cetera.

Oh! So you meant do you need 2, 3, or 4 six inch ports?

For seven cubic feet, two should be plenty. Doing the math I figure ONE sixer is good for a 4.5cu box, two should work just fine for seven.
