Aero Port Elbows?

how do you account for the length and space required for an elbow.

im going to be doing an aero port box with 2 6" aero ports, only thing is the ports are going to be 26" long. i cant fit that, so im going to have to use an elbow to get the required length required.

is it ok to use elbows?

Ofcourse its ok to elbow

Port length is down the center of the tube

same as if you were doing an L-port. measure to the middle of the diameter as the length. though going around the bend will usually just be the port diameter since it'll take you half the distance to get to the middle and the other half to the other end of the elbow

Just remember the word turbulence. Always try to keep it to a minimum.
