Aero Port Box???

Why exactly would you want to change tuning? And are you new to car audio?

if i dnt like the sound then i could just change the ports instead of buildin a new box

The only reason you'd really have to change the tuning is if you were gonna make it a burp box and wanted to tune it really high for burps and then put it back for daily bumpin. If you know someone with a Termlab they can test the tuning of your enclosure and you can adjust the ports to a certain freq, but you're most likely not going to hear the difference between 30 Hz and 34 Hz.

I think aeroports sound good. I would go with them anyways.

i had a box built for my 18 and didnt like how high it peaked so i got another one built with aeros and tuned it lower, now i like it. only thing is they cost more than slot ports, but save alot of room

lol i bought 10 feet of 4 inch pvc pipe for like 5 dollars - seems to be holding up ok.. just wish it had the flares... but i dont really have that much noticable port noise

yeh im talking about aero ports not pvc pipe, its alot different

If you are thinking about competing just go with the aero ports .. So for daily you use longer aero ports for a lower tuning and a more "musical" sound . Then have other aeros for when you want to go to comp of some sort .
