Pretty cool secret sale I saw on www.dakota-durango.com

Heads up to everyone, Advance Auto Parts has an oil change special. All Mobil 1 Synthetic is on sale for $3.99. This is an unadvertised sale. You have to go to Advance Auto Parts: Car, Engine, Batteries, Brakes, Replacement, Performance & Accessories , determine which Mobil 1 you want, the price is listed as $7.99, however when you check out it will drop the price to $3.99. You will then have to select a store because you have to pick it up, they will not ship it. There is a limit of 12 qts per order, I ordered 12 for the Audi and 12 for the Dodge, then did it from another store for 12 ea., set for oil changes for sometime to come. If you have other purchases to make, you may have to make it seperate becuase it doesn't always ring the discount price if other items are in the cart.

12 qts @ $3.99 = $47.88

It was announced. They sent out flyers in the mail. Definitely a great price though. It rivals other worse quality oils with this discount.

mehh....I can get a 5qt jug + 1qt + Bosch filter of Castrol GTX for $17.98 + tax at AutoZone

unless you're buying oil for a performance sports car mobil 1 & synthetic oil is a waste of money.
