I think its the new wood i added to the top of the box to make it a second baffle.
I think the two peices of wood are slapping eachother! Possibly didnt add enough glue.

I tested this with a song thats wayyy below my tuning. I have the subsonic at 31.5hz
Anyway i tested on both sides with same song..

I live in the country..

Nearest walmart or anything is 20-30 miles away.

We have a brookshire brothers, but the police department is in the next street.

There is no dead ends, everybody here owns 1+ acres so its always somebodys land.

My neighbors on the left and right know what im doing so they dont mind me blasting between 1pm-5pm, but the others around are yet to complain.

I have had multiple people threaten me with the cops, i ended up getting so tired of it i called the police myself and blasted my music in there face...

Cops dont care unless someone complains.

You're such a clever **** in math in school, ask about what a logarithmic scale is. That's how deebeez work. By everything you've posted so far I'm going to say you probably haven't seen more than 5KW out of that amp or if you have not for long. If you intend to try to make it put out 20KW you do not have nearly enough batteries. You can probably do it for 3 second burps but still you're playing with fire. There's no magic Brazilian juju that makes their amps use half the power of Korean designs. I'm quite confident that clamp tests (clamping current drawn by the amp) won't substantiate any claim to the contrary.

Taramps 20k and two 18" Z's.
I just adjusted my sub level to gain ratio.

Maxed it out on the HU and lowered it on the amp. It was weird

17 cubes net with a little over 16 square inches of port area per cube. I forget the port length, but it figured out to be tuned to 27hz

I wanted to be able to play down to 22-23ish

I'm not missing the higher notes with the low tune though.

"You know you like it" slowed is brutal. The high note from "White girl" is intense in the drivers seat with both windows up and the passenger door open
