Adopted Red Tail Boa FTMFW :)

WWWEELLLLLL

update. as of a week ago i built a a ghettoriffic but awsome cage out of wire mess like material and made the inside of the cage stand into one big *** cage for the boa (who needed a bigger cage). The old cage on top that the boa was originally in is now going to the python i found my my buildings hallway.

i would also like to add the python has chilled out ALOT since i took her in almost almost 2 weeks ago. she was very tempermental at first (makes sense froma semi wild snake). she ate 2 jumbo rats in a 4 day period to chill her out. must have been hungry. my girl and i took several pics on her phone a few days ago when the python had just eaten the 2nd rat, and it was QUITE thicker than it is now in the pics from tonight. the pythons thickest belly section was about the diameter of the baseball in the pics not shown yet. i need to get those fro her phone emailed to me.

onto the pics of the my babies

pythons cage

boas cage. accessable from moving the top cage which serves as the top side, or the small door which is actually a semi swinging cutout held closed by camo colored duct tape. cheap and effective considering the wiremess wasnt easy to secure a swivling door onto, or at leas t my abilities. im happy wiht the duct taped door

both

boa. blunt as a sized referance.
