I already had the problem sorted out. They are sending me a new one. Brian Bishop (i think that's who it was) admited that it could have been a refurbished driver and is sending me a label to send the driver in for another replacement.

at least adire is sending you shipping labels....i have 2 warrenty issues with my sub of 'another internet manufacturer'....and i have to pay 25 bucks a pop to send it back //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

 
Since the day I talked to them, maybe 10 days ago. I havn't gotten a label yet. I'm not sure how large or heavy a label is, but I doubt it would take 10 days to truck a label to the post office.
