Adire Brahma 10 vs Koda 10

I am looking to get either one of these. I just installed a set of Koda 6.1 comps and looking to match it with either a Koda 10 or a Brahma 10. They will be going in a sealed box with around .7 - .8 cubic feet.

I am all SQ.

Right now i have an ID10 and i love it...i was planning on an IDQ but figured id stick with Adire since im so impressed with the comps...

Koda. They were very good subs. how are you getting it though? i thought adire went out of business unless acoustic-visions still has some?

i had a koda 10. i've heard it. you said you wanted sq and for it in a sealed box. im pretty sure the Brahma loves ported boxes.

but to answer your question no i havent.

How do they compare do Image dynamics. I have an ID10 sealed right now and i love it..but i just got a set of Adire Koda 6.1 and figured id stick with Adire.

Im a big ID fan, love the sound of their drivers. But, Im also a Brahma fan. Assuming you can find a Brahma, it would destroy the IDv3 for output, and should still sound very good doing it.
In a sealed application, output is directly related to cone excursion (xmax). The Brahma has a significant xmax, it'd get loud, and itsBL optimized motor will keep it sounding clean.

I only have like 250watts (bridged) going to it tho...as long as 250w will make the Brahma sound just like ID, if not better, i am fine with it. Im not looking for outragerous output...just looking for clean, very tight and clean thump from the Brahma.
