Adire braham 12 or Re XXX 12?

Ive heard probably about 8 or 9 RE Setups. I do admit that they are good subs and have good SQ.
However I dont think that they are the "best" subwoofers on the market today like some people here claim.(not saying that you guys are) I guess I just hate them because everyone else likes them.

I guess its just because of all the "hype" of RE around here. The way that some talk about them you would think that they would sound a lot better than what they actually do. Anyway thats just my opinion!

Hate them because everyone else likes them? Thats a pretty retarded reason for hating something. Around here only a few people have even heard of RE, let alone setups with them.

While with the brahma, i can drive 15 minutes and buy one at a local shop. So, if your looking to get this sub real soon, the Brahma might be a better option, only cause RE is just booked like no other right now.

where is this local shop you are talking about? I live near vallejo. Thats great cause i've never heard an adire or re sub before. Hopefully its close so that i can know what the hype is all about. And hopefully it doesnt dissapoint. thanks

get a SX. will sound just as good as a XXX. port it.. of course. reg. cab trucks are the best for loud systems. =).

the only thing is i dont wanna wait forever to get ether the XXX of the Brahma! what the normal wait time before they ship? i have heard like up to 4 months? wtf! lol

Notice what I said in bold. I never said you guys were sayin that XXX's were the

"best" subs. I said some people here claim that.

I think you misunderstood when I said, "I guess its just because of all the hype of Re around here."

I meant people on this board.....just about everyother post on this board is about RE and thats fine,(they are great subs)but dont expect me to jump on the bandwagon.

There is no need to get all defensive about it. Im sure all of your guys setups sound good, but Re hasnt impressed me yet

How did I "dis" their company? I think Ive said it many times the XXX's are great subs. Anyway how am I going out of my way? I simply stated my opinion.

Its not like I havent heard a RE setup and I am just coming on here and starting to bash on people for buying RE. Everyone has their own tastes and opinions. I am respecting all of your opinions (havent bashed on anyone) so why can't you do the same? Just because someone else has a different opinion than you doesnt mean that they are wrong or whatever you guys think I am.

If you guys have a problem then I really suggest you grow up.

After all isn't this board to communicate with others in this hobby?
