The Brahma Extreme. 56mm of one-way Xmag, 33mm of Xsus. We built our own BL measurement device to measure this unit; nothing on the market could measure it. Twice the power handling of a stock Brahma (3200W RMS/9600W peak), 40% more BL. Built for simply monster SPL. This thing is the ultimate high-excursion driver. And I highly highly highly doubt they are $2,400 new.The tumult was what, $500, brahama, what $400? even added together its not anywhere near close to what you're saying.And it doesn't have 54mm of xmax.Just thought I'd chime in.As for the power handling, I don't know.

the Brahma Extreme was priced ridiculously high so that Adire wouldn't have to sell them to the public because there are only a select few that would pay whatever the price was...Scottie J ended up with the only ones that i know of. i'm pretty sure there was an SJ cone option at one point that added $999.99 more to the price of Brahma Extreme at the time, so its entirely possible that a Brahma Extreme could have cost $2,400 but i don't recall what the price was offhand

I'll bump this beast up for you. I bought a SE XXX from ax about 6 months ago and still running it to this day, now powered by a jbl bp1200.1. It was in excellent shape when it arrived and the transaction went perfect. So bump for a great guy to work with, and a gorgeous looking sub.

Hate to burst your bubble, BUT, by the specs you listed its IMPOSSIBLE to get anywhere near 54mm one way with that basket.

Xmag is the allowed travel of the motor, Xsus is the allowed travel by the suspension. While the motor may allow for a very long throw (which is obviously does) the Xsus being 33mm, is the absolute limit for the suspension travel, and thats because at that point it'll be resting on top of the top plate and you'll probably get one nasty clunking out of it.

Either way, it's still an impressive speaker.
