Adhesives by application

I know Loctite PL 375 is good for permanent adhesion, especially at interior summer temps.

Green Glue is often used to treat studios layering drywall and drywall to studs.

What is a good adhesive to use for speaker gasket seal to a door or enclosure that will release if needed? Pure silicone?

Is there an adhesive similar to CLD properties, that stays flexible and adheres well in high temps?

Just use closed cell foam with adhesive backing (weather stripping) or ensolite, or if you want something with cld type properties get some of the butyl rope from SDS

I was hoping to find sticky, flexible and heat resistant in a caulk gun. The adhesive on foam weatherstripping will release in high temperature.

Caulk rope? A seal for a speaker doesn't need to be very sticky.

Yeah, that's a good idea. I also forgot about clay (again).

This, once your speaker is screwed/bolted in place the adhesive doesn't really matter anymore. Plus its easier to remove and clean off if you change gear.

Duct seal works better than rope caulk, although I've found it nice to have both on hand.
