adding extra amp

Is it possible to add a four channel amp onto your already existant 4 speaker system making your system have 8 speakers? If so, how would i hook up the amplifier?

Why would you want to have 8 speakers is the question...

Becuase my subs are a little over powering and it would be cool to be able to make an extra box for them, and i think it would be cool to have 8 speakers.

Work on your front stage, then...run a set of properly installed and powered 6.5's or 8's and a set of tweeters. Bridge the four channel amp to get more power, if your speakers can handle it.
