Adding a Brand New sub to a used setup.

I have a diamond d6 12 that has been used for about 2 months. Would it be ok to add on another d6 12'' that is brand new? Or will the wear of the 1st sub contribute to uneven sound.

as long as they're the same model, which i assume would have the same T/S parameters, then you should be fine

There probably is a slight difference, but I don't think to the human ear you would hear any difference... Some of the T/S parameters on the old one will have changed (i.e. FS probably lowered) but not enough to ultimately matter.
