Not the type of answer a serious business owner would use supa. You need to be more political when you are dealing with a customer base. How I talk to people here is not how I talk to people in forums that have to do with my company. You on the otherhand are talking to your customer base in this forum.
Thats one of those questions better left off for PM's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Will i answer it, shure, but the whole forum doesnt need to know.....

I also think its funny when people comment on an amp's operation and havent even touched one with their own finger tips before. Its kinda like a Chevy car salesman telling you the Ferrari's are lemons while they've never driven one.....or could afford one.
makes me lol.
Ive had that board a long time, a lot longer than you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif so i do know what it can/cant do //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif on a 12volt setup, i have yet to use it on a 16volt setup so i will not comment on that. They are very strong amps and would recomend them to anyone //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif they just wont play at that low of an ohm reactive //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif btw, itll work at the lowest reactive load .5ohm's for short period of time, you get the most power/best performance at .75ohm reactive //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I guess me and Andrew talking on the phone for a good half hour with me interested in BUYING these amps doesn't matter? I am on the market for 8 amps as of May 2007 since a contract of my previous sponsor comes up. I am not trying to start any type of warfare. Simple question. Just because my sig says other names does not mean my intentions are negative.
Since it can't be answered via here or PM I can always give another company my 8+ thousand dollars of business.
Who did you PM ?

ok forget the reactive stuff for now lol

what load do they like? nominal?

its hard to say with enclosure impendance rise, you could run .35ohms nominal and depending on rise you may be able to run it. Youd have to find your box rise. On the safe side I will say .5ohm nominal //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

different power=different rise

in my street a setup i was doing mid 151s with a pair of dd9510s and a pair of memphis 4kws strapped at 1.5 and rising to about 3.3 reactive

but it got really weird when i dropped a new battery and dropped the impedance to .7 strapped.

score went to a 150.2 and impedance rise was about 1.8 but thats what the memphis like //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

it was my laptop its been acting funny before i metered my truck and still does act funny through the usb port

first burp held it for 3 seconds get a bunch of 000s im like wtf burp it again hold it 4 seconds and bunch os 000s decide f it ill just hold it till it reads didnt read anything till about 6 seconds into the burp.

im sure it was my usb port on my laptop sometimes i cant even use my mouse cause it lags like crazy and sometimes works fine but most of the time it doesnt.

yes like i said earlier each box has its own rise usually depending on size, depending on power it may increase your rise or decrease it, usually the more power the less rise.

sounds like you have a driver conflict or the incorrect USB / serial drivers enabled...might just take re-installing them to fix that.
