just bought a 99 acura integra. 100,000 miles. very clean.. picked it up for 5000.00

i'll have pics up soon....

want to know what kinda of set up's you are running. i plan on putting my 2 12'' FI SSD'S in a ported box, with a new 2500wrms amp running them. alpine x type comps. up front. alpine dub din, stinger audio batt up front and a batt in back..

what is the output of these factory alt's??

id like to see what you other guys are running in ur integra's.... so i can get an idea of what i wanna do.

Takes power to make power, so yeah I'd be pretty concerned about the electrical system in that car before the subs.

That tiny alt. and battery isn't going to like 200A + of current draw.

i have an integra and u will definitely have to upgrade ur alternator. i think the stock alt only puts out 90A or so. Have fun trying to install those comps in the doors. Took me awhile to installs my comps since i ran new speaker wires, had to make mdf rings, and the freaking door panel was a ***** to take off and put back on if it is ur first time working on an integra. also it kinda **** that i cant install my AVIC N2 without the screen hitting the shift knob. the only way i saw someone install a flip out screen was in the air vents. But its a good little trustworthy car to drive for 200,000+ miles to come.

2400rms to ssds?
isn't the RMS on the SSD like 600 or something?
1000w rms..

got a stinger batt for under hood. kinetik 2400 for the sec batt. and a stinger 250a alt on the way.. so my power situation will be fine...

im doing a double din.. so it will fit fine...

im allso going to fiberglass the comp's in the doors,,,

I have the type X componets as well. Just make sure you give them a good amount of power, cause they seem to shine with more than rated. Although I wouldn't go crazy. Mine are sitting in my garage right now as I have to make an MDF ring as well, so just running cheap MB Quart componet set.

Good luck and have fun. Also don't turn into a *** like SAG3, who is a member here and has one of those cars. Then again he was always a ***.

yea im gunna get a new amp to power the x types.. there this years model.. brand new.. gunna give them at least 250w rms of clean power...

so i put my new car on the lift in my shop to give the underside a once over..

it has aluminum upper and lower control arms. front and rear.. ( obviously aftermarket.) strut bars, adjustible coilovers and shocks. 16'' koning light waight rim's w/ low profile tires..

it's gotta allot of sespension work done to it.. handles like a champ!! im in love with it..

i bought it off of the OG owner took very good care of it. came from las vegas. there are no cosmetic aftermarket parts on it what so ever other then tint. and wheels. and factory spoiler... it's about 4'' off the ground tuckin the 16'' wheel's when the adjustible shocks are laid out... right now i have it all the way up due to it being winter time..... looks really good when it's laid out tuckin the wheel's.

i just took picks of it today.. will post them as soon as i get home.
