Acne

you'll never get rid of it... but you can definitely reduce it by quite a bit. Make sure to wash your face several times a day, doesn't have to be with soap, just go into the bathroom at school/work and scrub your face and neck. I've also found applying rubbing alcohol every other day to help quite a bit. It's a little bit harsh, but it works.

Also, don't sit in class or whatever and pick at the pimples. That's the easiest way to spread acne. Make sure to pop all the zits cleanly and with a disinfectant.

zits are formed by shit getting into your pores, and then your body fighting them and killing everything (red = shits in there and your body is starting to fight it off, white = body fought it off, now a bunch of dead bacteria and white blood cells are in your skin)

do yourself a favor, and stop eating greasy foods, and keep shit off your face (wash it).

your best friend is soap and water, and diet without fastfood and potato chips.

x2. eat fast food for a few days, and watch your face bloom //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

try to leave your skin always as dry as possible...wash your skin with soap and water(don't spread the soap against your skin)... try not to perspire as best as you can... don't eat chocolate, peanuts and anything greasy... eat lots of fruits and drink a lot of water

leaving it dry will make pimples not come as often and will make the ones that are already there to disappear quickly...

and also take sun occasionally... tanned skin makes em almost unoticeable and will make your skin peel off, which will clean your skin up quickier...

i dont know about all those product on the market, i never used any... i find them useless and i know people who used them have huge scars on their faces from pimples...

honesty i'd go the perscription route, when i was 14 all of the sudden i had really bad acne, it took me a year or so to decide that soap and all that was wasn't working, i got Accutane, immediately it started going away... within 6 months there was nothing i could do to get a pimple and its been that way ever since... i would highly reccomend it.

also i tried this cream shit and it was hell, you have to gothrough a week of your skin peeling off and being red while it goes through your system then you have to gothrough always being super dry and bleck... if someone tells you to go on that shit, spray them with mace and run

DO NOT USE SOAP alot... thats NOT a good thing.. keeping your face as dry as possible makes your mody create more oil than normal to replinish what you wash away.. use soap in the shower.. then splash water on your face several times a day... the more you touch your face the more irritated it gets.. so don't sit around and pick at it... keep hands off face!

yeah i got accutane and i havent had one since and dermatologists will tell you its the type of soap you use and not what kind of foods u eat...its in ur blood if you get acne or not...they say wash ur face with dove unscented and dont use a wash rag or the bar of soap on ur face..

Go out, run your *** off, get sweaty, then take a hot shower while you are still wet. Use rubbing alcahol or cleaisil pads on your face after you wash it with with soap and water, then use a light moistureizer.

I have acne no matter what but on my back. This is the only thing that gets rid of it for awhile.

Yeah, I think a few years ago, around central IL, there was a kid that was already screwed up with depression and shit, that was put on Accutane. He commited *******, and the doctors based it on the prescription, and how it affected his moods...

I personally use benzamyacin. Its a cream that is based off of benzoil peroxide, and an alcohol base. Its not too bad, no peeling or anything, it just makes my face look a little pale... The doctor also recommended that I use Safeguard brand soap.. Something in it that dries up my face...
