ok well. its been taking me forever to build this box cause i work too much and have no time. i finally have a day off today and went to glue on one of the port walls.

well i clamped it, walked away for a few. came back and the wall moved ~ 1/16th of an inch. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blackeye.gif.66a1670f5aaf7f406e783a63e3387dc5.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif !!! will this effect tuning or anything? what would you box-building guys say is acceptable?

i really dont want to start all over again. not having all the right tools ftl.

Will be fine.
The rest of the box needs to be pretty airtight, though.

thats great to know. the box will be air tight.

i put the side panel on before i should (third box ive built) , so there isnt room for the handle of teh bar clamp. im using a piece of scrap wood to get more contact on the panel but i must have been off.
