300,000/24 years = 12,500.. so there's still 17,500 deaths a year that Saddam could still be responsible for, which easily fits into Berg's claim

I'm not spinning it.. I'm saying the numbers were skewed. The site he posted said 400,000 dead... every other site on the net says 300,000
