ABS Plastic

I cut the hole out too large for my tweeter and now I need to create a trim ring.

Is there any place that sells a small piece of ABS plastic? I need it to be maybe 2"x2" or a little larger.

I have some spare plexiglass, but it is too think and cracks too easily.

I am willing to consider other solutions. I don't want to use mdf as even 1/4" will stick out too far.

if u know a person that works at best buy in the install bay, ask them to give you one sheet (12"x12"). they get them free.

Also what piece did you cut to large...is the hole in the sail pannel, door pannle, a-pillar?

It might be a cheap enough part to just buy a new pannel. I know A-pillars for my truck are only like 25 dollars (silverado)

I really want to buy a new door panel as it is pretty scuffed from all the moving around.

New from GM, they are crazy expensive.

Used from that s-10 wharehouse in FL is pretty expensive as well.

Not available in my local yards.

you can use a plastic welder and create some new plastic with this epoxy, just make sure you use some grease to demold the new plastic.
