About the skars sub deal

dcons are 300 rms skars are 600 rms.....dcons will do work given then low power handeling same with the skars....in all honesty if u have only 750 rms to give get a pair of dcons

This man makes a good point^^^^
no he doesn't, just because one sub has a higher rms does NOT make it less efficient. You could run a ddz or other high rms sub and still get louder then a dcon both on 300rms. more motor= more spl 99% of the time.

Wenn, you know the the box makes more of a difference than the SPL rating. You need to see how they will preform in a box. But it is true, rms is just a rating, and should not be used to gauge if a sub is louder.
