ok, i have a 81000d.. you guys know all about um. i was thinking about running 1 IS D2 MAG with it. the newer ones. the amp's terminals on the outside looks like a 2 channel. so my question is should i just run the sub off of 1 side or hook each coil to each side and risk the 1 ohm thing?? cuz its 2 ohm stable, or just sell it and get something else!

It IS a mono amplifier. The two exterior channels are internally bridged. So if you wired it the way you described you would have a 1 ohm load, a no no... You should wire the sub in series to get a 4 ohm load and just put the + in one terminal and the - in another, doesnt really make a difference as to which terminal; but most do it like you are bridging the channel + o o -

the two outside ones right? wire it to 4 ohm, but it only puts out half at 4 ohm?? is that gonna be enought for it.

also the amps lpf starts at 40 hz. if i build a ported box to lets say 32 hz??? thats just an example how does that work if it starts at 40 on the amp?? never have figured this out! also the amp doesnt have a sub sonic filter! is this gonna be ok?

~800w will be PLENTY for that sub, I have heard one on 600w and I was greatly impressed.

And with the LPF starting at 40Hz, you are fine... The LPF is what you set to try to filter out tones ABOVE your frequency selection (normally set between 60-80Hz, depending on your taste); the SSF is the one you adjust according to your box tune.

ok well i was off!!! wow thanks but is it gonna be ok that i DONT have a SSF?? was i right with wiring on amp + of one side - of other side??

Yes wiring the amp like that is fine, and if you are using a ported enclosure then you should really look into an external SSF. Your subwoofer can bottom out if you play tones much lower than your box tuning, and potentially damage it. They are inexpensive, maybe $20...
