? about dual recievers

i have a DUAL cd player i bought for my minivan. its a motorized fold down face and the face wont unfold completely. it goes about 40% down then goes back up. the radio powers and the led screen behind the face lights up but i cant get it to unfold. Y?. im gonna contact DUAL and the company i bought it from on ebay. what could be the problem?

That it's a Dual?

The last things they built with any kind of quality was their turntables...and that was 20+ years ago...

i know but i figured that it would be an ok deck to put in my van for the winter. i know its not a pioneer or eclipse.im just curious why the dam face wont unfold

i figured there are many reasons but i wanted to ask and see if anyone had a quick answer. ill wait to see if i can return it. thanks guys talked to dual ITS GOING BACK

Edited: Do you have to pay for repairs?

And as stated...Its a Dual, you get what you pay for.
