Ok, so you have about 20 cubes to play with given what I was able to dredge from the 'net. You can build one giant ported box consuming most of your trunk or you can run IB. Either way they will dig deep, but you will ultimately get more volume and power handling out of a ported system.

If you like a little extra thump you can go with 15 cubes and tune it to 20Hz. You'll be 3db down at 20Hz with the bulk of the bass at ~35Hz.

Either way, they will get you moving...

your the mach5 guy, mark? gotta say i love your products. would you consider your 6" midbass a decent SQ driver? and are they 16.00 for a pair, or 16.00 a peice? was considering getting some, and some decent tweeters to run for a comp set instead of spending an assload on a complete set. as good as your bass drivers are, im sure the midbass gotta be good as well.
