The 150 will do a tad more than the aq at 1 ohm but not enough to notice ..id go with whichever u can get cheaper ..id say u can get a new aq for the price of a used 150

as said the ab would probably make more power but i know personally that the american bass amps are pretty solid i have been running a pair of 100.1's strapped at 1 ohm so half ohm each since i bought them in 2009 without any problems

I honestly wouldn't by either if you are pretty sure they both wont be enough power. Cause most people's setup usually just get bigger and bigger. If its not enough power now, then it definitely wont be enough later. Look around for used equipment or save for just a little longer.............. just my 2 cents

I have the 150.1 and its enough power for you depends on if you are wired to 1ohm or riseing to 1ohm these amps have a wide range of power but they will make more than rated power im wired at 1ohm and it never even gets warm.
