AB vfl-150.1 VS SAZ-1500D?

Which would be a better daily amp? Will be ran @ 1ohm. Which is more efficient @ 1 ohm? Do these compare or is the vfl-120.1 more comparable to the SAZ1500D? Just looking for some insight, too many amps to choose from

Also, whats a good/average price for a used VFL-150.1? Are gold series the same as the silver ones, minus cosmetics?

i think the 120.1 is more comparable. but can't go wrong with either. sundown & ab both nice amps. sundown has excellent customer service. jacob fuller is owner. he is on this forum all the time. he is very helpfull fellow.

When you have 2 identical products it comes down to customer service. Buying from a person like Jacob is a win win situation. I have dealt with him in the past and it's been all positive. Years later as the Sundown amp is still performing well, you will have a great amp and a positive interaction with Jacob to show for it.

No doubt the 150.1 is a bigger more powerful amp.

I guess I under estimated the power on the vfl-150, anyone certain what this amp does 1 ohm @ 14.4v? I've heard too many different rating about this amp, and it's a freekin' mindful lol. On the AB website it says 3300wrms...but doesn't say how it was measured.

Good luck getting any real info from American Bass. They act like their ratings are matters of national security or something.

Another thing to consider from what I have read buying sundown is like having a national health care plan, They take care of you from cradle to grave.

Upgrading and after warranty repairs policies are the best from what I gather.
