it seems like a good idea but I think the argument will be that these tests cost too much fo the state. Maybe random tests, like call up and say sometime tomorrow come in for a test. I hate that these people live off of the system, but sometimes people do need help. But what happens if they fail? Most junkies dont care so you spend more on these kids being in orphanages and foster homes. I dont do any drugs except drink, I think drug tests should be outlawed, what you do when not at work is your own business, but if you cause and acciden or hurt someone or yourself you be prosecuted at the full extent of the law.
