a thought about rounding corners inside boxes..

It will basically work the same way. Putting 45s in corners helps even out pressure transfer in an enclosure by alleviating corner loading and shoe molding will do the same thing.

I don't think it would help as it would actually just change that corner of the port to 2 corners.
