Test fitted 8 sheets (6 inches) for the baffle:

Played with the router for the first time. Never knew it makes so much dust, lol.

Guess I'll cut the holes tomorrow, weather permitting.

looks good man thats why i use the jigsaw.... but the routers cuts are nicer lol

Didn't get around to it today, kinda busy. I've come a long way with the jigsaw. I'm actually pretty decent now.

Just takes time and practice. It also helps to have a solid jigsaw that has a laser guide. I bought a $60 clearance Skil saw from Lowes that had a laser sight and all that good stuff. I can cut a **** straight line with it, and I can cut some pretty nice holes too.

nate once again i cant see your photos lol but i need a nice nice jig saw too, i have a pos SKIL one and its more of a POS than my old black & decker, that thing was awesome.

I buy all my power tools from a pawn shop. I get real good deals. My jig saw is a Bosch(sp) and I love it.
