A question about the free box plans. I'm dumb....

I was looking through the box plans, and was wondering what the numbers mean? If it says 2 @ 36, does that mean it's 2 cu. ft. tuned to 36? I know it's a really dumb question, but we all gotta start somewhere! Thanks.
