But I feel a need to ask it...

Let's say the sub is on the right side, will this make an unbalance of bass through out the car? I mean, I see a lot of set-ups where a single sub is off to the side. But, I was just wondering if that made an audible / SQ variables.

Move it around and see. That's really the only way to tell.

My guess is that you won't see much of a difference. The direction you fire the subs and how far back you place them will make a much bigger difference.

The problem with that is that I have a really small trunk [i have a '98 Mustang Coupe... and let's just say I have 2-10"s in .75 cubed dual-chambered box, and I had a tough time getting that into my trunk...

And I don't really have my own tools, so whenever I build a box it's at a friend's house-- and it's not like I can just be like "This is a test box..."

build a box and try it as many different ways possible but prolly sub back port back would be best
That's what I was gunna do. And then put the amps on the side with the sub centered in the middle.

I might not port it... on the Fi forums on SSA they basically said that sealed sounded better. But I'll try both.

BTW-- is that an S14 in your sig?! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I want an S14 so bad-- but there's none in good condition down here in Miami.
