where was the non-lethal action? what provoked the officer to fire 5 shots?

not all police chases end with a shooting.

whatever bro he was a kid I went to school with and I know exactly how he acted.. I am sure he freaked out as I had seen him do it in school when he was confronted.. Anyways a low speed chase when he is blocked in is NO REASON to shot and kill someone.. If you think it is you are ****ed up.... Mine you this was a rural cop in a town of 500 that shot him non of the county or state cops fired any shots at all.. Scary that a small town cop that did like a 10 week course can carry a gun kill someone and then get away and hes back on the force...

I will add another thing I too have been pulled over by this dipshit police officer and he was nothing short of a dickhead.. This was after he was found innocent of murder too and put back on the force... 59 in a 55 mph zone and I was ticketed...

I'm sure his mom would want him by his side when she's dying too.

thats what i was think. how long is the stop light like 2 mins? that still sucks though at least his wife got out to see her mom.

Anyways enough about this I feel sorry for the Moat family.. She was probably trying to hang on until they all made it there but died when she was comforted by her Daughter at her side... I know I would hope if that was me my wife and sons would be at my side so I could be with them as I took my last breath...

the cops on that toll road are pretty cruel. Plano cops love to hand out tickets along with the Frisco police next town over.
