this old man in his early 50's is driving a f150 and he is in front of me in the drive thru. i pull up to get as close as i can to reach the thing to put my money in. well i had to get as close to his bumper as possible to reach the thing. i didnt notice his trailer hitch and bumped my front bumper into it at about .05 MPH. guy gets out of his truck and i tell him its ok, i only hit your trailer hitch. the SOB starts saying sh*t to me and i was like, whatever its a trailer hitch. then the guy calls me a dumba$$. so i get out of my truck and start running my mouth and told him its a trailer hitch you F ing B***h. he laughs at me and starts to drive off so i bump the bed of his truck with the back of my fist. not nearly enough to leave a dent or mark. just enough for him to hear it. this old crotch calls the police on me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif what a *****. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

If you apporach a vehicle and rock it with your hands and somebody is sitting in it, it is battery. I said no, but it was true, and although you would have trouble getting damages for it, it still technically is battery.

Huh that's interesting, never knew that, I'm sure many don't know that. I'll have to keep that in mind next time I plan on rocking somebody's car while they are in it.

did not know that hitting his vehicle would qualify as battery. i just figured it as property. he could have called the police and clamed i caused an accident but he gets an accident on his record also in MI. he was trying to bully my and talking down to me. he shouldnt have expected anything less out of me or anyone else.

You have no respect for other people's property. While it may be just a trailer hitch to you, the guy did have to work to pay for it. I bet if he busted your teeth out with a tire iron, you wouldn't whine about just a few teeth would you? You need to grow the fvck up and start respecting the property of others. I may have let the trailer hitch thing slide, but hitting my truck, I would have not. You would not made a deposit that day.

i comepletely understand the guy not being happy with me hitting his trailer hitch. personal if someone hit my trailer hitch, i wouldnt have gave a sh*t. but i might have been upset on an off day. but that old man took to far and to personal by calling me a dumba$$. he can say all he want about my driving but if her wanted a reaction out of me, that all it took.
