A good 10" for around $100?

My friend burned the VC on his 10" PBX and is looking for a new 10" sub for around $100.

What would get louder than a PBX in this budget range? I'm not really sure how big his ported box is.. but it worked well for the PBX.

Also, his amp puts out something like:

500W RMS @ 4 Ohm Mono

600W RMS @ 2 Ohm Mono

1200W RMS @ 1 Ohm Mono

Any suggestions I could pass along?

my TCOn in my sig. its been goin good for about 8 months now. just took my amp out so it's just sitting in my car doing nothing. ill sell for 100+ship. if you want the box its in, its free just pay shipping.

Type R... One of the most durable 10"s in that price range for sure. It will handle 600 watts. I don't think I would try it at one ohm though.
