a/d/s pq10 or arc audio 4050?

I'm looking for something with a small footprint that does around 50w a channel. Both have about the same specs power wise but the Arc has internal crossovers while the a/d/s doesnt. I dont think itll be a problem since ill be running the speakers in passive mode.
