a/d/s/ 345cs and 346cs

Older components. Have the 345cs set in my old car but my new car fits 6.5" speakers. Considering just getting baffles for the front, but would rather have 6.5" midbass since my old system was lacking a bit in midbass.

A friend of mine is willing to sell me for cheap his 346cs set, but only the midbass. Will I be able to interchange the midbass woofers and use the tweeters/xovers from my 345cs?

Please say yes, cuz that would be awesome. And if yes, would you all think that there will be a definite noticable increase in midbass output, or should I just say to hell with it, and put in my old speakers.

Yes u can use the 346cs mids with no issues. Got this quote right from ads website: Using the same materials and audiophile crossover design as the 346cs system, the 345cs proudly continues the legacy of world-class 5.25" component speaker systems started over 20 years ago by the legendary a/d/s/ 320i.
