1. What is the difference between the Pioneer DEH-P940MP and the DEH-P9400 besides price?

Anyone prefer one over the other?

2. Would you by used speaker's? IE Subs and/or components speakers?

3. What would you pay for 2 used 12 in Mack Daddy's?

4. What would you pay for HEX 5.25 components used?

1. the more expensive one usually is better and more feautres.

2. if you are on a REAL budget, try your luck withused stuff. it's 50/50 that they work and are properly functional.
