After I turned 21 I gained about 15-20lbs and have no recollection of yrs 21 to about 25

I'm closing in on 22 now.... Still 6' 4", still 163lbs, still 10% body fat. if I start working out, I'll drop to about 4% body fat and put on a couple more pounds.
