i haven't ate mcdonalds in over a year that **** is gross and doesn't digest well. I lost over 30 lbs just by dropping fast food but i still eat good at home

Same man, used to be 200 pounds at 16 years old 5'9... then I dropped fast food completely and stopped drinking pop all together, now am I at 160 like 10% bodyfat.

10%?? fatty. I used to be at about 3%, but then I started lifting again an I had to eat some more... Now im at 5-6%.. bunch a fat fvcks in the dome.

Wow the people in the dome are little... I'm about 240lb's 6'2 and about 15% bodyfat. I don't eat mcdonalds, I don't drink soda and I do diet my problem is I'm an insomniac and I'm out smoking a lot of weed at night so when I come home I munch out and don't lose the weight I just gained... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I am on my 4th session of p90x though lol that's 16 months of p90x soon to be p90x/insanity combo.

my wife throws down in the kitchen... but i play basketball to stay in some kind of shape. im 5"10 about 218. bout to try to drop the 18 off tho lol. i dont look 218 tho

wtf is with eveyrone and sweet baby rays... Imo its not that great and is 90% sugar in the form of high fructose corn syrup. anyone who thinks sweet baby rays cannot be beat has never stepped foot outside of their local walmart condiment aisle, to rib cookoffs, where real sauce can be found.

I always wonder this myself... I mean, I love bbq sauce, it's tasty. But it doesn't blow my mind. It's nothing like a real bbq sauce like at those cookoffs.
