TREO SSI wouldnt be a bad choice, they can sound pretty good

FI SSD or Soundsplinter RLP are good choices, not knowing how cheap you want to go

I've seen a few good suggestions. From personal experience, the Eclipse Ti Pro (tc 5200 and lms 5400), soundsplinter rl-p, and Aura NS would be a great choice. Can't go wrong with the Crystal and Mach 5 either.
