9mm vs 45 acp

Okay i understand where you are coming from i take my quote back, lol i prefer a solid .45 i also enjoy the .38 special snub
I want a LCR in 357 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

if someone cant stop someone with 11 45 rounds they probably shouldnt be using a weapon...
I imagine it would be quite easy to pop off 11 rounds in a stressfull situation especially if there is more than one person you are up against.

.40 problem solved. preferally the springfield xd or xdm.. one of my favs.
Totally, .40 is the best for carrying by far. You can usually fit a solid 13+ rounds and they have alot of stopping power. I prefer magnum calibers for home defense because the #1 rule of home defense is shoot to kill. Shotty's are solid too

But you have more rounds with a 9
I really hope that shouldnt matter' date=' I should never need more than 2. Maybe one to finish em off if they are in my house

the snappy recoil I keep hearing about is what scared me away from the .40
Dont be a wuss, 40 isnt bad. Unless the gun is super subcompact or something the recoil will be alot worse than a 9 but Id rather drop em with 1 then injure them

****, you think .40 on a full frame will kick? 357 mag on a short frame like that will punch you in the face

A gun is supposed to be a visual deterrent first anyway so most of the time its not gunna matter what round you are carrying...

never been a fan of the "safety" trigger on a glock
I honestly wasnt either but then I started shooting them and became a fan...

pulling a weapon out when someone is expecting an easy target is an awesome deterrent,

ive only shot with it once, and just didnt care for it, i liked the short trigger pull, but the pull on my pt145 is just as short if not a touch shorter.

I will more then likely send mine in to Salient Arms for some work which will take care of that..
