99 expedition system integration?

I am thinking of getting a 99 ford expedition, eddie bauer with the mach system. It already has an aftermarket radio installed(not sure what brand, face wasn't on). If I do go through with this I am probably going to pull out all the factory stuff and install all my eclipse stuff. Head unit, 2 sets of comps(front and rear) 2 subs and 4 amps. Are there any surprises I am going to run into?
