99 eclipse 2 12's in a ported box. need help

well i just got 2 Pioneer TS-W307D2

RMS Power Handling 400 watts. Sealed Box Volume 1.25 cubic ft.

Ported Box Volume 1.65 cubic ft.

i got them in a ported box. Dimensions: 17"D x 32"W x 14"H

Volume: 3.4 qft

there bein pushed by 450 rms each and it just dont really hit that hard and sounds like shit i'v done many installs and never had this but its in a hatch back. i'v never done a hatch or heard a hatch. any help would be grate.............

Who made the box? What is it made out of? What is it tuned to? What is the port made from?

I would try firing the subs at the rear glass. That usually is loud as hell to the ear.
