I have a 1999 GMC Jimmy and I was wondering if anyone on here had ran a hotwire through the firewall on these vehicles. They are all pretty much the same and if someone had a suggestion as to where to run a hotwire through the firewall I would be open for it. Thanks

i ran 0g through the pass side. i believe there is a grommet somewhere that you can cut to fit the 0. it was a few years ago so im not too sure

Yep, just below the heater box. It's actually where the antenna cable comes through. Very easy to get to from the cab, and not a long stretch to snag the wire in the engine bay.
