So i will be starting a build in the near future. I have a 99 blazer and really dont want to put any new holes in it. I have a set of components right now that are pretty good, but the only way they would be getting mounted is with tweets facing the windshield in the 3.5" dash speaker location. I have never done that before, so not to sure what to expect from the sound reflecting off the window. My other option is to get a set of decent coax's like the HAT Imagines or other options i haven't looked too far into. Im not looking for great imaging and depth, just good clarity to keep up with a 12" sub on 1000w. What do you think? I haven't used coaxials in a long time and would like the ease of installation this time around.

I did think about that, but Having very limited tools where i live now, I am basically looking to do a lazy build with the easiest install possible.

is that 120rms per speaker or for both. For some reason many of the speakers i've been seeing lately rates the rms as combined, which makes no sense o me since i'm not running a mono amp to them. Probably still a few weeks before i buy any speakers, but what would the price on those be?

$199.99 for the pair if you follow the link. It's 120W RMS per side if you have a high pass filter of 120Hz or so. Setting the HPF lower, like virtually everyone does, requires good judgement and using your ears.

The actual install would require extremely basic tools, and as mentioned before, be rather non-evasive. While making the spheres would require a little more tools, there's several members on here that could make them for you. And from what I've heard, using tweeter spheres is one of the best waves to improve your SQ and your sound stage, and bring everything to life. I'd say it's definitely worth a few more bucks and another hour of installing.
