hhmm i cant remember what brand we got,it was from lowes thoGlad to see you putting in better equipment nigga. BTW what brand paint did you use to paint that MDF? I never can get mdf to take well to paint.
I found that outdoor paint from walmart worked GREAT!! I did 2-3 layers and it looked GREAT.. a few more and it would have been really glossy.. it was roll/brush on with no primer needed..haha i was kidding.. there's not really a good paint for porous materials and lowes doesn't have their own brand. i'm a sarcastic *******. you need to use a urethane-based primer then prime, sand, prime, sand, base color (darker colors-black lighter colors-white) and then your actual color. think of it like a candy coat; the more uniform you can get the base, the better it will come out. just prep it good and make sure you've quenched the area thoroughly before painting. or just buy like 6 cans of the color you want and lay it on thick haha
