As long as this time around the finished product is better than last time i'm sure the OP will be happy. Should definitely be louder, but idk what you guys have planned to finish the box off with beauty panels like you did last time. That was the part of the previous build you had that was pretty sexy.

I had to say it because i haven't seen anyone else comment yet about it... I like the rebuild videos, they look very very familiar to another persons current rebuild vids.

I attribute it more to the bit than the router. Yearssss ago I was using a spiral upcut bit and an ancient (circa 1976) craftsman router which was terribly underpowered, yet it still cut 3/4" mdf in a single pass with no trouble.
