wow how did you make that circle with the jasper jig in 1 turn? When I use mine I have to go around at least 2 times going deeper each time cuz its hard for the router to get through it at a fast rate

Its 3/4 mdf,so you should be able to do it on yours with one swing,if not i guess your bit isnt deep enough..

its a 3/4hp craftsman, and I just got brand new bits.. the bits are long enough .. and the sad part is I'm doing it on 1/2 mdf too.. I mean I can do it straight through in 1 turn i just dont like doing it toward the end of it cuz it brakes on me sometimes (the wood)

If you use a spiral upcut bit and a decent router, you should be able to cut it in one pass easily.
