9887 rub?

I have a cda-9887 on the way here, but I was wondering..

my buddy installed my old eclipse cd3000 in his car and it rubs his dash install kit..

My alpine won't rub in my car because it has its own trim ring (which the eclipse doesn't have) correct?

Mine's got the own trim ring..No problems at all.

I had an Alpine D310 that rubbed the surround that held it in place.

Does the alpine HU itself have its own trim ring so it won't rub, or does each individual dash kit have trim rings...? The Alpine's is specific to it right? Like it comes with the HU, not the dash install kit, correct?
